Important Scheduling Notice

Online booking is available only for examinations conducted at our Sebastopol, California office.

Travel-based polygraph examinations are not bookable online and require direct consultation prior to scheduling. Please contact DO Polygraph Inc. at david@dopolygraph.com before making assumptions about travel availability.

How to Book Your Polygraph:

  1. Select an Exam

    Select the appropriate polygraph.

  2. Select Date

    Select date and time on drop-down calendar and click 'Continue'. Typical hours are 9:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday -Saturday, though availability varies.

  3. Complete Intake Form

    Fill out basic appointment form. You can always send more case information to david@dopolygraph.com after scheduling. Your intake is complete after payment is received. NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE.

    ASSUMED SUITABILITY - Schedule only if you are physically healthy enough to participate. No refunds available due to suitability issues.

    Professional polygraph examination for private individuals. Start here for most cases. Includes relational, clinical (non-conviction), legal, employment, victimization , and law enforcement polygraphs.

    Same-Day Reporting

    1x Phone Call w/ Results (only for non-referral clinical)

    For any evidentiary (court-related, legal, or attorney referred) test, choose this option, then select the evidentiary add-on in the following menus.

    Includes the same examination and reporting as the standard polygraph but adds additional reporting measures like a/v recording, and examiner QC. A $775+ savings for what is included!
